Types of Listings

There are two types of listings available in NorwestDirectory.com.au. We offer Basic Listings where you can add your name, address and phone number but encourage you to take up a Full Page Priority Listing, which provides more information about your business and a link to your own website. All listings are in the main directory but can also be filtered by building. Please note the inclusions in the Types of Listings detailed below:- 

Basic Listings

$22 per year for all organisations located in Norwest Business Park

The Basic Listing is available to all organisations located in Norwest Business Park and allows you to add your Organisation Name, Street Address and Phone Number to NorwestDirectory.com.au. These listings will be displayed after the Full Page Priority Listings in alphabetical order.    

Out of Area - $55 per year*

The Out of Area Basic Listing is for organisations located outside of Norwest Business Park but who service the area. This type of listing allows you to add your Organisation Name, Street Address and Phone Number to NorwestDirectory.com.au. This listing is subject to an annual fee of $55 including GST and will have the words servicing Norwest Business Park displayed.

Full Page Priority Listings

The Full Page Priority Listing allows you to have a Full Page Ad that is treated as a Priority in alphabetical order in the results page above the free listings. These types of listings are also available to Out of Area Service Providers1 but will have the words servicing Norwest Business Park displayed. 

One of the big benefits with this type of listing is the Google friendly URLs that the pages have. That is, the pages are set up to include your name in the URL, helping people find you on search engines such as Google. For example, Circa Sydney has the page URL reference as http://www.norwestdirectory.com.au/listings/Circa-Sydney---Retail--Work--Life-?c=37 so when people search for say circa and norwest then this URL is likely to come up high in the results.

Full Page  (Text + Images)  - $275 per year* 

This type of listing is a full "colour" text and images page and includes;

  • up to 3 Categories + unlimited Subcategories
  • Street Address
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Postal Address
  • Email
  • Website Link
  • List of Products / Services
  • Full Description
  • Google map displayed for street addresses
  • Search Engine Recognition
  • 1 logo and up to 3 images

Community Full Page - FREE**

This type of listing  is a Full Page  (Text + Images) as explained above. This listing type is FREE to all community organisations that are non-profit and have a little to no marketing budget.

Each Listing is allowed up to 3 Categories with Additional Categories being 50% less the full rate
